Hello guyss welcome to my blog barniscooking. Like usually i want to share to all of you guys my online friends about my activity during in the kitcomhen.Don't forget to always say Alhamdulillah and thank's to Allah who always giving to us opportunity. In this week we entered a second rotation menu. That is rotation menu 2.4 ,it's about Japanese Food

In this Japanese food me and my group prepare for Tori Tsumire Jiru. Everybody knew about this food? If isn't i wanna share to all of you guys. Tori Tsumire Jiru is a soup from Japan. This soup it's almost same with meatball. But Tori Tsumire Jiru adding carrot and turnip into the liqiuid. And Tori Tsumire Jiru add Miso into a meat and liquid also.


Today we just prepare for tomorrow, so we're not to much bussy. After prepare ,we make food for "Anak Bangsa". After that we eat and than we are general cleaning. I thought that we can go home quickly but we cannot because we must to waiting for breakfast group make a croissant. their Croissant is fail.So they must to make it again.

So now i want to share to all of you guys how to make Tori Tsumire Jiru:

Tori Tsumire Jiru
Ingridients:
2 kg Chicken breast ,coarsley chopped 
1 onion ,finally chopped
1 pcs Egg beaten
20 gr Kucai leave ,finally chopped
1 pcs Ginger,grated
20 gr Cornstrach 
15 gr Miso
1/3 pcs Turnip
1 pcs Carrot
2 stalk Leek,slice 
4500 ml Water
150 ml Shoyu
150 ml Mirin
As needed Salt
As needed Hondashi
Procedure:
1.Heat water in a pan untill boil
2.For ball chicken : Chicken,onion,kucai leave,miso and ginger.Boil again,and put cornstrach and egg stir untill well blended and creamy.
3.Take a bit of dough and shape sphere and enter into the boiling water.
4.Add turnip and carrot into boiling water ,cooked untill soft.
5.Than add soya,salt ,mirin into soup
6.For finishing put sliced leek.
