Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuh
How are you guys, may we all be protected by Allah. Don't forget to be grateful today, because being grateful will make us better understand life. I will tell you about my activities today in the kitchen.
Today is a big day for us because today there are four breakfasts, namely, Breakfast, English Breakfast, American Breakfast, Indonesian Breakfast. All breakfast must be ready at 9:00 so we all work together to help each other improve work. Not felt the time passed at 09.00 full speed was used.
Today's supervisors are very, very good experts in their fields, they understand what they will do and handle us. Today's senior, Sis Jaka, Sis Agung and Sis Ica, are three extraordinary people today. Our work arrangements are gradual because they provide good direction like the boss in the hotel.
After all the food is ready to start to explain the menu that was made today at first I want to explain the menu yet, after explaining from the Restaurant I have to explain again before Mr. Wawan. Because of his decision like finally I decided to give part of the menu expalin to Adit.
While preparing food that was ready, we were overwhelmed because none of the tools from the restaurant were given to us in the kitchen. Finally we also went to take all the equipment, fortunately the steward section was responsive and immediately gave us the tools needed.
Food has also been released from the Kitchen to the Restaurant. All food is released without refill, because it has been adjusted to the number of packs available. There is no complaint from the restaurant section in my opinion it seems like all the food we make today is good enough.
After the breakfast is finished, we also do breakfast together and it is usually referred to as "Anak Bangsa", this is done every time after doing the practice, but we just did it in the second semester. Food distribution was done and I got a portion of food that could be considered large and satisfying.
After all that we do General Cleaning earlier than usual, which is at 11.00 and must be finished before 3:00. With the section division that the senior has given, we do everything well and quickly because we have been accustomed to doing the general cleaning.
Then we finish the GC before 2 o'clock. After the GC is finished we just sit and eat the food that is still available. We waited until 3:10 finally there was info from our senior who thought this was a notification to go home, apparently we had to make preparations for tomorrow.
Senior also divided us in several sections, after finishing the final division we also did our respective tasks. At the end of the whole preparation I asked a lot about senior experience during training in hotels and restaurants for approximately 6 months.
while the floor are getting dry, we went back to our rest place. When the floor is dry we can back again to check everybody is at work / check the attendance list. Later on we wait the advice from Mr. Ical which is followed by preparing the class for the daily pray session. To finish our day we go back home.

Things like this are always expected when every practice of togetherness and good teamwork will always make all our activities run smoothly. Just imagine if the whole team only thought of themselves without wanting to think about the smooth running of the work, it would certainly be very chaotic.
